Analysis Modules

Gene, TF, and CC views provide three entry points into the atlas.

Xenium-based spatial gene expression shows directly measured transcript signal in mapped heart cells. Higher signal indicates stronger observed expression of the selected gene in that spatial or cell-type context.

TF views show SCENIC-inferred regulon activity, summarizing the activation of a transcription factor-associated target-gene program. Higher values indicate stronger activation of the selected TF regulon, not simply higher TF transcript abundance.

CC views show inferred cell-cell communication activity between cardiac cell populations. Higher values highlight spatial or cell-type contexts where the selected signaling interaction is predicted to be stronger.
